At College Station, our mission is to provide affordable and comfortable housing options for students. We strive to create a community where students can thrive academically and socially.
Our Amenities
We offer a variety of amenities to our residents, including fully furnished houses, free high-speed internet, free parking, and on-site coin- and credit card-operated laundry facilities. Each house has two bedrooms—each with its own queen-sized bed, vanity, and sink—individually controlled heating and A/C units, a shared kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, and a shared bathroom with a full-sized shower.
Location
College Station is located at 300 Industrial Dr., Adrian, MI 49221, directly across from Adrian College at the US-223 traffic light. All utilities are included in the rent, with no hidden fees. Each student has their own lease, and meal plans are not required at this location.

Each bedroom includes its own vanity and sink, a queen-sized bed with storage drawers, a desk and chair, and a closet. This setup allows each student to get ready in the privacy of their own bedroom rather than using the shared bathroom.
Each house features a shared bathroom with a full-sized shower, a small sink, and a toilet. No more sharing a bathroom with 20 other students—just you and your housemate.
A shared sitting area in front of the kitchenette offers space for a chair or even a small futon—perfect for relaxing or studying.
